So, I went out for maybe three days to stay with a friend and go to two concerts and since I've returned home I'm finding it hard to get back into my routine - me! I am usually a routine machine. From 8am to 10:30pm my whole day is mapped out.
I'll start with my first problems. Naturally when I got home I was a bit tired so allowed myself to rest and decided to get back into routine the next day. I actually fell asleep on the couch while trying to watch a movie. I've been having some really crazy symptoms such as shutdowns bringing on tiredness, lack of motivation - the only time I actually got up off my butt was to feed my cats. I can barely make meals for myself and I'm all alone at home. I even got a fever out of nowhere and had two seizures last night. Two days later I'm still affected by the strobe lights at one of the concerts.
What really grinds me is my friend, despite trying to make things easier for me, wants me to go out again.
I haven't even thought about my novel which is killing me inside.
OK, calm down. I need to get back into my routine or I'll just be a mess. Why can't my NT friends understand that?
